PRODUCTION/CREATIVE TEAM
Not only were these productions my first opportunities to perform on the Southwestern University mainstage, but it they also provided me with the unique experience of working primarily with students who were more experienced than I. The Effect was the capstone project for the Class of 2019, so all of the designers and actors (outside of the ensemble) were seniors who had, for the most part, been involved with theatre at SU for four years. Meanwhile, Album was directed by another senior (class of 2021). Both of these productions gave me the opportunity to observe and learn from upperclassmen, as well as experience working under two relatively new directors who were closer to my age.
