Although I wasn't cast in a mainstage speaking role until the end of my sophomore year, I kept myself busy in Southwestern University's resident theatre club, Mask & Wig, participating in student-led productions and serving as the secretary during my junior and senior years. These productions taught me about being resourceful, and they also provided me with a safe space to grow as an actor. Mask & Wig also gave me the opportunity to support my peers personal endeavors, as well as participate in a wider variety of works that weren't necessarily being produced on the mainstage.
