During the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 school years, I was fortunate enough to join the Midland High School Theatre Department's directing team alongside Tiffany Gardner-Moore and Rodrigo Sanchez, under the administration of Fine Arts Director Deb Shaw.
Though I did not originally intend to work in the education field, I am forever grateful that I took the plunge and spent two years directing and teaching with this team.
I have had the opportunity to work and travel with some of Texas' most talented students on various productions and projects, and I truly believe that these experiences have fundamentally changed me and the way I approach new challenges. The lessons I have learned about working with young artists, the bonds I have formed with these students and directors, and the sense of pride I have felt for each and every one of them, are incomparable - I would not trade my time with this company for the world.

THE THREE MUSKETEERS
A spreadsheet tracking all costumes and quick changes, as well as other backstage duties. Because of the OAP 20-person company limit, actors often doubled as "wardrobe crew."
A spreadsheet tracking runtimes for each full run of the show. The UIL OAP contest has a strict 40-minute limit.
A spreadsheet listing each instance of stage combat, including weapons and characters involved.
THE RIDDLING CHILD
An itinerary (for parents and students) for the week of the JV UIL One-Act Play contests, including call times, travel, meals, pre-show preparation, performances, etc.
